1111Capolavori Ritrovati di Vittorio Cini. Le Gallerie
8th April - 15th November2016
The exhibition Rediscovered Masterpieces from the Vittorio Cini Collection is strategically conceived as a temporary extension of the permanent collections present in the house-museum created in 1984 following the donation by Cini's daughter Yana Cini Alliata da Montereale, a highly representative selection of Tuscan and Ferrarese work. The exhibition provides the extraordinary opportunity to explore and present one of the most significant but lesser known section of the Cini collection. Visitors will be able to admire the group of Veneto paintings never publicly shown before. Works by Guglielmo Veneziano, Carlo Crivelli (in the picture his Madonna Speyer), Jacopo Bellini, Bartolomeo Montagna, Titian, Lorenzo Lotto, Gianbattista Tiepolo, Canaletto and the Guardis.
